All B.HOM properties comply with Illinois law HB4926. If you are bringing a professionally prepared screening report, please contact the management office at (217) 888-2060. Homes can be held for 3 business days to allow time to bring in a professionally prepared report with a written statement from the applicant that there has not been any material change in the information provided in the report. After 3 days, the hold on the home will be released.
Completing an application usually takes about 15-20 minutes. If you need to stop at any time during the process you can return later and access your application using your email address and password specified below.
